Who We Are

The K.I. Jones PTA brings families, teachers, staff, and our school community together to support our students and enrich their experience at K.I. Jones Elementary School.Through fundraising, volunteer support, community partnerships, and family events, we work to create meaningful opportunities for students while supporting the teachers and staff who make our school special.Stronger Together for Our Students! 🐾

What We Do

Classroom Experiences

The PTA provides $30 per student to each classroom for a special learning experience or activity, giving teachers flexibility to create meaningful opportunities for their students.

Supporting Teachers & Classrooms

We provide teachers with funding for classroom supplies and materials. Through our Book Fair, proceeds also help provide Scholastic News for classroom use.

Events & Givebacks

We host events and givebacks throughout the year that bring our school community together while providing experiences for students and families at no cost to the school.

Teacher & Staff Hospitality

We provide hospitality during conferences, holiday luncheons, Teacher Appreciation activities, and other special occasions throughout the year.

Community Support

Our PTA also supports our broader community through efforts such as our Coat Drive, helping provide coats to local families in need.

Our Values

Community

We believe a strong school community begins with families, teachers, staff, and community members coming together to support our students.

Collaboration

We believe we accomplish more when we work together. By partnering with teachers, school staff, families, and our community, we can create meaningful opportunities for our students.

Opportunity

We believe every student deserves opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and create lasting memories. Through our programs, experiences, events, and support, we strive to make those opportunities possible.

Meet Our PTA!

Our PTA is made up of dedicated parents and community members who work together to support K.I. Jones students and families.
